It's on the BSG season one soundtrack, track 23 - Wander My Friends. You should be able to get it off amazon and similar. I'd certainly recommend it.

nBSG seems to take music from other movies/shows. For instance from the Deer Hunter in a previous episode.

As far as I know, there is only ONE song used so far not composed specifically for the show, and it was a piano piece written by Phillip Glass.

nBSG has war-drums. Lots and lots of war drums. nBSG soundtrack is god.
