The guy mentions that he has a blog. I wonder how he's trying to spin this.

I think you should have mentioned the meaning of "E Pluribus Unum" - Of Many, One. More than anything the founding principle of the United States lies in the first word of its name.

Took it further than Christianity ever took the Holy Roman Empire.

The divisive commentary of Christian freaks who declare "If you don't like it, you can leave" are rather ironic, in this regard.

This guy thinks scientists alleged the solar system was created by natural selection. Who is he trying to fool with his claim of having a science degree. I don't have any science degrees but I knew more science in high school than this guy does currently with his imaginary science degree and all.

An interesting exchange to say the least. Makes a change from the usual Biblebasher crap when they go for the whole proving Christianity is inherently superior, as opposed to atheism/science being inferior.

His blog is here, and he has two interesting entries already! One of them posts a bunch of correlation-and-causation-confusing graphs and a bit of bullshit text, the other talks about freakin' Sun Myung Moon.

You can tell he's not consciously trying to troll; he's simply not very intelligent. Certain rebuttals clearly flew right over his head.

Yeah no kidding. With the seeming stigma the world has attached to being American, even I get pissed when someone says that to me :P .

So Mike, do you have to read these things through a few times to both get the laughter/rage over their stupidity out of your system first, or do you just nail them in one go? Because I have to agree, you say pretty cool when these blockheads start their shit.

I think this guy is also a complete liar. I don't think he lives near France or knows jack shit about it, especially since France is a deeply Catholic country.

And what "calculations" did he do to prove that the natural formation of the solar system was impossible? That ludicrous claim should have been met with a challenge to see his work!

Correct. Carnal lust is good. I fucked my wife up the ass last night and she enjoyed it. Why should that be a problem?
Priceless.... . I wonder what the expression was on this guy's face when he read it.

Maybe he stopped replying because he realized he's outmatched (or that he's ignorant), or maybe he's having a crisis of faith and'll rethink his opinions. Or both.

If he's not troll, then that might be worth it.

This was really a classic. This guy was a total moron, to the point of being ignorant of his own ignorance. How crazy is that? Okay, so it's pretty common. Still... .

In Britain a billion used to be 1000,000,000,000 , but they changed it a long time ago.

I don't know about the rest of Europe, but a billion used to be 10^12 and is now 10^9, for us Brits.

Quite frankly the original version makes a lot more sense. Billion = million^2, trillion = million^3, quadrillion = million^4, etc.
