I've noticed a program in my taskbar that loads up on start up. I've closed it down a few times, but it's ina foreign language and i wasn't sure what was going on, so now i opened it up fully and got the following website:

It's all in some foreign language so i don't know what the feck it's saying. I guess the program is someform of ad/spyware, but if someone could confirmt hat it's not even more malicious then i'd be grateful.
