Cpl Kendall, the "Hadoken" is one of the signature techniques of the characters Ryu and Ken (among others) of the "Street Fighter" series of video games. It is a bluish (or purple, or red, as the case may be) "ball" of energy that is fired from the hands.

And how does one stay around here and NOT know what a Hadoken is? I mean the pixie or even the Mrs saying this I could understand, but Cpl Kendall has been around the FAN/SF parts of the board quite a bit.
Cpl, Hadoken is an offensive spell (presumably from the FF series though for all I know it's completely made up) immortalized by Black Mage in 8-bit Theater.
One HELL of an offensive spell, I might add.

I don't actually go into the FAN section of the board. I just read the Wikipedia article on it though, so I am now edgumicated on Hadoken.

It's from Street Fighter. Has nothing to do with Final Fantasy aside from that webcomic.
