I can say that I'm conflicted. Probably cooler than Draeni would have been, but not much extra work went into the model, but I guess we could have predicted that from the Blood Elves Horde side.

Still, between Blood Elves, Night Elves, and Wisps, there are three elven races of the 10 total out there.

Could be worse. My game got horses turned into guys banging coconuts on normal and classic servers, personal horses turned into pink unicorns on the PvP server and leet speaking guards on the roleplay servers.

those who fell for it forget this minor detail about the Night Elves "Wisp Spirit - passive
Become a wisp when dead with movement speed increase of 50% (25% faster than normal ghost)"

I like their racial ability

the detonate ability is actual wisp ability from Warcraft 3.

No, the bad part was they had already used it in a promo for the Darkness Rising expansion. Recycled jokes are bad
