Darth Vader vs. The Japanese

Post by Yogi »

This isn't a real vs. thread. Just a video I found online.
I am capable of rearranging the fundamental building blocks of the universe in under six seconds. I shelve physics texts under "Fiction" in my personal library! I am grasping the reigns of the universe's carriage, and every morning get up and shout "Giddy up, boy!" You may never grasp the complexities of what I do, but at least have the courtesy to feign something other than slack-jawed oblivion in my presence. I, sir, am a wizard, and I break more natural laws before breakfast than of which you are even aware!

Impressive... most impressive.
fun/fantasy movies existed before the overrated Star Wars came out. What made it seem 'less dark' was the sheer goofy aspect of it: two robots modeled on Laurel & Hardy, and a smartass outlaw with bigfoot co-pilot and their hotrod pizza-shaped ship, and they were sucked aboard a giant Disco Ball. -adw1
Someone asked me yesterday if Dracula met Saruman and there was a fight, who would win. I just looked at this man. What an idiotic thing to say. I mean really, it was half-witted. - Christopher Lee

He should have been able to take them, given that video where the two Japanese cops run away from a guy with a baseball bat..

I would like proof of this as, given the popularity of Basebally, I find it hard to imagine them going "Lets play some Assualt-Bat-Ball!"

Why would the media say lets play anything? they only tend to twist... err I mean report the facts. I couldn't provide proof here anyway as this was a while back on an archaic device known as a Television.

It was amusing, but it seemed like Vader was just pissing around with his buddies given his halfassed following of the officers after they thwapped him.

The "Interesting devices" video at the same link was also quite nifty.

I just had a mental image of Darth Vader being so ashamed of his capture, he pulls out his lightsaber and commits seppuku.

Can anyone translate what those letters meant, the ones that popped up at the end?
Please forgive any idiotic comments, stupid observations, or dumb questions in above post, for I am but a college student with little real world experience.

I am unsurprised. Japan has had, for many years, a drink called YOSH! or something, that gives one telekinetic powers.Which Arr-nuld advertised

When I read the title, my first image was, oddly, of some Japanese kid trying to Kancho Darth Vader.

Needless to say I've been reading too much of outpost nine.

The site it's at also has

rather kickass lightsabre duel

Breakdancing Yoda

George Lucas in Love

There's probably more, but after page 12, I decided it was enough.

Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.

Yet what he creates tends to be total shit. Example: Ode to Spot.
Purely subjective. Believe it or not, there are people who like that poem.
There are people who like to eat shit too. Those people are idiots.- Darth Servo and Bounty.

Could have been longer, but that was the perfect anti-cinematic ending.
