I heared that he gained the movie rights of the game "Battle for Middle Earth". Please say these are false rumours?

I think they are. The only fantasy-related gaming property that Boll has "adapted" is Dungeon Siege. Maybe that's what you're referring to?

This makes no sense at all.

EA, the makers of BFME, own the rights to creating games based off the LOTR movies, and recently aquired the games based on books license.
They cannot make a movie relating to LOTR.

Yeah I see no reason why Tolkien Enterprices (the rights holder) would give rights to game based on J.J.R Tolkien's works rather then the books thenselves and EA can't give the movies rights to anybody as they don't have them in the first place.

Well, back in January Germany did indeed change their tax laws so that the loophole Boll took advantage of to provide funding for his projects no longer exists, but it's actually presently unknown how much of an impact that will have on his career in the future: Boll's activities appear to actually still be legal even under the new laws.
