40k versus Starwars AOTC Jedi+Droids Versus Inquisitors

Post by white_rabbit »

All the Jedi in the Arena in AOTC versus the following Inquisitors, some with their retinues.. battlefield is the AOTC arena, each team on one side

Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn, as of "Hereticus", but before he is crippled by Pontius Glaw. plus rentinue. and Deathwatch Librarian Brytnoth

Godwyn Fischig, Bequin, Kara, Inshabel, Medea Bentacore (all with standard battle equipment)

Equipped with armour probably about Stormy level, Psionic powers, Runestaff, Force Sword and stormbolter

Inquisitor Gideon Ravenor, as of "Hereticus"
Force chair, Psionic powers, psi-cannons plus 8 Dire Avengers and Farseer (snigger)

Inquisitor Golesh Constantine Pheppos Heldane, as of Hereticus, equipped with armour (better than stormy armour) and power glaive and psionic powers,

Inquisitor Defay+Interrogator Gravier, Carapace armour, psionic powers heavy bolter and bolter

Inquisitor Silas Hand, as of his last appearance in Daemonfuge, equipped with Terminator armour, powersword, powerfist and fucking awesome psionic powers

Inquisitor Quixos + Prophaniti
DaemonSword Kharnagar, psionic powers, general uberness

plus 30 ablative cultists with lasguns

Inquisitor Jak Draco, Mesh armour, bolter and Force rod, oh, and psionic powers plus Warp monocle

plus
Assassin Meh-Lindi with Callidus standard equipment and Hybrid option, Grimm the Squat, and Captain Lexandro D'arquebus of the Imperial Fists Adeptus Astartes Chapter.

Second Scenario, the Inquisitors and allies replace the Jedi in the Arena, they must either fight their way out or destroy all the droids, or survive long enough for the Spectre Gunships to pick them up i.e. same time lenght as Jedi survive.

In this scenario..

What do you think will happen ?

Who will survive ?

(assume that the various Inquisitors WONT try to kill each other, but otherwise they will work with each other in the same way as normal.)

Scenario 1: the Jedi get slaughtered...

Scenario 2: Probably most of the retuines get killed off but the Inquisitors survive...& Dooku gets his head popped like a melon by a psychic blast from someone...

Nope, no warsies rushing to defend their honour.

Seems like 40k wins by default then.

All fairness to the Warsies... this is a wee bit of a set-up, no?

I mean, you forgot to invite the Primarchs of the First Founding, and the Emperor of Mankind, all Pre-Horus-Heresy.

Sorry, just felt loaded to me.

Side note, the only problem with playing 'nids... NO COOL CHARACTERS. ~pouts~

Really ?

Loaded ?

Okay then, lets say Dooku isnt there force inhibiting the Jedi, although Ive only just remembered this.

I mean, there were quite a few more jedi in the area than there are Inquisitors + retinue al with nice jedi abilitys (in the case of Inquisitors v jedi)

And most of the inquisitors + retinue save Quixos, Eisenhorn and probably a few others cannot block blaster bolts. although several have powerful armour and psionic shielding

I thought it was rather an understatement of the Inquisitorial force..I mean, I could of had Cherubael in there...

Okay, for the sake of fairness ( :?: ) Prophaniti, Librarian Brytnoth and Silas Hand are removed. as is the Farseer
