Any GW players having login problems?

I'm stuck at my parents place, so I'm stuck playing GW. However, after the client updates, I can't connect from here anymore. I've played GW many, many times from this point, and it's only now that I get login failures. Is anyone else experiencing this?

BAH! I sat through the streaming for all the Factions content, figuring maybe that was jamming my login attempts... and it's still broken. I'm not even getting the 'news' window on the login screen, so clearly GW has limited connectivity. I forwarded the appropriate ports, to no avail - and this has never happened before. I was playing fine a few days ago. I'm running the NCsoft connectivity diagnostic, so I'll know in a few seconds what's going on.

Unfortunately I can't offer any help. I'll be back home with (hopefully) a decent connection in a week, and I'm thinking of reinstalling GW, so if by chance you're still having a problem then I'll let you know.

Yeah, I tried my account on other puters and it's fine. I've been capped down to dialup speeds, but I've played on in this situation before - not two days ago, in fact. I blame Factions.

However, my install has been getting a bit strange lately. Might be time to start over...

EDIT - What bullshit. The diags return clean, fast connections to all the GW servers. Grr. I'd submit it to support, but they'd say 'lolz port forward', and I'm not in the mood.

I can login just fine, however I haven't got my Factions copy yet so, we'll see I guess.

Login works fine for me. Waiting for my Factions CD Key though.

I've got my factions installed and linked to my account and I'm having no problems logging in. Lag at times yes, login problems, no.

Get this - about half an hour ago I tried again, and the update pulled down a new client. Now everything works. The other places I'd tried are on cable, so maybe the old client had a problem with ADSL routers. Everything works now, so it's back to queen farming for me.

I'm not going to get Factions until I decide if I'm going to get back into the game ... I really need a new guild, because I'm in AU and the guild I'm in now doesn't have any GvG stuff going on when I'm available.
