That's actually not as uncommon as you think. Special ed teachers talk about seeing it once every few years. Which is part of why I wouldn't do their job if you paid me a million dollars.

hell my math teacher had a TA who wore mini's and far too tight tops, and usually licked the ends of pens and simulated felliatio in class. half of us were so distracted that we probably could just finished ourselves.....
