How do you know they won't tweak it? Besides, what's so ugly about it? It fits the situation they're in, being the Middle-East, may as well just say you hate sand colour.

Oh yeah, just read that according to Kojima-san, the Gekkou units are meant to put more psychological warfare into the battle. The "mooing" is used to produce a disorienting calm before they attack, since they'll usually surprise you from smashing through walls or jumping from one building to another quickly.
