Marcon!
Whoo, loads of fun. As last time, I was the Guy With The Camera, only this time I got off my ass and took pictures. So here they are, in no particular order that a sane mind could comprehend.
Morpheus and Trinity (Separate, as far as I could tell)
Serpents upon a vessel!
He crossed the dealers room disguised as a rider in black
Awesome gryphon costume, sadly didn't enter the masquerade
Yes, Marcon was haunted
Edna Mode. And guest.
Doctor Doom ... Needs love too
The local Trek force and their cardboard CO
Ambassador Delenn
Sadly, a shade blurred
Great dress
Going for the Potter angle
Black and White Mages Not Nit and Tev, the costumes weren't quite ready.
Not quite, anyway
She who brings an extra costume
Same with yours truly, the prospective Red Mage
A few great Tok'ra
Great set of ears
Rincewind!
An advance scout for the 501st
Along with one of their pilots. About to get hurt.
And a slew of spare Jedi
Not any specific characters, but damn well done
Undead! Undead!
The lighting was dim, but it's a nice dress. Nice wearer, too.
Even nicer blue dress
Evil? Where do I sign?
Kitty She had a tail, too, but can't see it in the shot.
Quite a nice set of wings
Deadly sins At least four of them, with their names on quite bare backs.
No specific costume I could recognize... And I wasn't ABOUT to complain.
And last, the most highly awesome costume at the con, by far...well, at least the most awesome one not based around skin and corsetry...

A Rincewind hat! I love it.
And the snakes on a plane lego thing is the best ever. You mind if I share that with some friends?

Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you would not hear of that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group, of course, that believes you can do these things... their number is negligible and they are stupid. --Dwight D. Eisenhower

Nitram, slightly high on cough syrup: Do you know you're beautiful?
Me: Nope, that's why I have you around to tell me.
Nitram: You -are- beautiful. Anyone tries to tell you otherwise kill them.

What, exactly, is this Marcon? And, more importantly, when, where, how may I attend? I mean, Stargate, Star Wars, Discworld, Babylon 5, and, to a lesser extent, Star Trek, Harry Potter, and of course cleavage. I mean, sounds like about the best dream my inner nerd has ever had.

Absolutely! After all, the costumes *were* your idea... but it'll be easy, I promise....LadyTevar wrote:*whimper*

*giggle* although I had thought about the scene in the one Valdemar story about Queen Selenay and her attendants dressing exactly alike and performing a dance - kinda reminds me of the scene in SW ep1 where we first see the Alderann Ambassador... think we could convince Nit & Ben to wear dresses as long as we let them wear masks? *ROFL*

Uh... No. NO No NO!
