I think this is the same thing that's already been mentioned here.

I'm studying for the CPA exam. Have a nice summer, and if you're down just sit back and realize that Joe is off somewhere, doing much worse than you are.

Ah well I did search but obviously not thoroughly enough.

The main thing that struck me about this story though was the amazing credulousness of Fox News, I only studied science up to the age of 16 but found many aspects of this guys claims to be too good to be true and would have wanted to check them out thoroughly before broadcasting a story on them. Do Fox really not have a science editor who would check over this kind of thing?

H2O is sometimes written as HOH to illustrate its natural split into H+ and OH- ions which determine PH.

For these purposes, err, not much, really.

Other than the coolness of the claimed attributes of this gas, the interesting part was the claim the military has passed his water engine. Perhaps Fox never checked up on that, but it did spice up the video for me.
"Do not worry, I have prepared something for just such an emergency."

"You're prepared for a giant monster made entirely of nulls stomping around Mainframe?!"

"That is correct!"

"How do you plan for that?"

"Uh... lucky guess?"

'Its got an air cooled aluminum engine and it runs on water, man!'

Oh, and that story isn't even from the (marginally) credible Fox News, but rather from a Fox broadcasting affiliate's local studio. We're talking more Ron Burgundy than Sean Hannity level stupid.
