Post by Uraniun235 »

Anyone else find it funny that The Motion Picture is still the highest grossing picture of them all?

Eh. At the time it was the Trek film. Nobody was sure just what to expect and it came out at the height of the series' populartiy, right?

Did anyone else think "Star Trek film grosses everyone out with it's sheer stupidity" When they saw the title of this thread? Or was that just me?
data_link has resigned from the board after proving himself to be a relentless strawman-using asshole in this thread and being too much of a pussy to deal with the inevitable flames. Buh-bye.

Hooray, pour les français! Farewell, Angleterre!
We didn't know how to tickle Mary, but we learnt how, over there!

I thought Batman was the first movie to break the 100 million dollar mark?

Uhh no. Not even close. Films were breaking the 100 mil mark LONG before batman came out, for example every single film in the Star Wars trilogy broke the 100 million mark (by a long way as well)

I thought they might be talking about Janeway's cameo in Nemesis...
