I use about 30-40 of those in one go. No one I have played has withstood a major assult by a force that size. And it the winning that counts, not how its done.
It is very good at breaking tough defenses. However, that job can often be handled for a lot cheaper by using nukes.
Which are easily countered.

I've taken to lurking in the lobby under this name. I suck royally, so if you'd like an easy win, poke me with a sharp stick and I'll get back to you.
According to wikipedia, "the Mohorovičić discontinuity is the boundary between the Earth's crust and the mantle."
According to Starbound, it's a problem solvable with enough combat drugs to turn you into the Incredible Hulk.

Hmm. 5 mins in and Global AI suffers an unhandled exception error. That's not good ¬_¬
Still, D-Gun commander headshots make me laugh the manic laughter of the damned.

Someone really needs to make a guide for these different mods. They change so much stuff and it's very, very light on documentation. Vanilla TA has the Sumo at around 850 metal I believe, and AA jacks that up to 2050ish. YEESH! Come on! I might as well just build an intimidator and save myself the pain of watching them try to walk over to the enemy's base.
Also, I'm always amazed how many really terrible units there are. They should just remove half of them, since half of them suck really badly. Some, like the Slashers or the Storm, remain useful throughout the game. Some, like Peewees, have a very useful role for a part of the game. But a ton of them are just ineffective and bad and should never be built, ever.
Well I played a 3v3 game against other newbies, our team got its ass kicked. However, at the last minute my krogoth (that I was building in the corner of the map for about half the game) was completed, and it kicked the shit out of their army! After that they were afraid to attack me. It was too bad I was surrounded and in the corner of the map so I gave up.
