Alot of things I'm guessing

Acutal to be honset you can cicrule Californa to, they are pretty odd ball

For example there was a 50k Reward for Information of a Guy who aparently threw a puppy from his car into traffic and it of course died, There where two weeks of media coverage and a candle light vigile to find this henious person, he was never found

A week before a little girl had been stolen from a nusrey, rapped and then had her eyes carved out and neck slit, 10k Reward Two days on the news
