Hey now, some of us have the consideration not make an animated gif over 40kb for the purposes of sig content. You want to talk about bad sigs and avatars, try Don Murphy's Message board or the Allspark. Thanks!It's funny, I was originally going to have a static sig pic, but then Surlethe said he was disappointed he wouldn't be able to easily spot my posts because I no longer had an animated avatar. So I tried how the avatar, originally 64x64 pixels, would look in the sig and enlarged it to 100x100 so it didn't screw up the sig text formatting. And it's still unobtrusive enough that it isn't in your face or obnoxious, but will easily draw attention because of the movement. So it serves as a good marker for my posts. What with a much better looking avatar for the trade, I sure as hell can't complain!
