His head's not big enough and he's not smiling happy people like, or bordy chibi-emo like.

IE, it's to releastic! Distrort him more!

True enough. I rubbed out his head and re-did so it was the same size as his body. I don;t know how happy he looks though...

The entire thing is too realistic, now the head looks weird.

You want far more cartoonish arms and legs. Check Picks thread a few pages in, has a great example of Chibi.

Tip: make the head rounder and watch the midline (keep it vertical).

Not satisifed with just mutiliting Ocelot through bad drawings. I decided I had to do the same with "The End" though since I still drew him as Old, perhaps the term "chibi" is not totally approaite. More "Super-Deformed"
