He's obnoxious in the max, but mostly harmless. However, he should know better than to bait the Boss Man. Whatever his fate, I'll barely notice.

I want the little fuckwit banned. We don't need zero-contribution asshats like him on this board. And if and when Mike sees his purely flamebait trolling, which he even directly admits to, I suspect there's going to be a banhammering in the offing.

Offenses in just the motivational poster thread:

Dragging thread off topic
Spamming
Pic-spamming (basically same as 2) but more offfensive because it uses up more bandwidth)
Ignoring admonitions (from an admin) to avoid posting more spam
Flame-baiting
Open admission of intentional trolling

Why the fuck does this deserve anything less than a full ban, even if we are given the luxury of debating his fate? He also has a history of pulling similar shit and refusing to follow the debate and posting rules in other threads.

He has this habit of being that whiny little emo-kid who constantly tells you that he's useless and that he can't do anything right and woe is him. The one who's always whoring for attention and pitches tantrums when you're not giving him enough of it, and I can't really remember anything he's done that really makes up for it, or even covers it up to any real degree.

So yes, he seems to crave attention and will take any sort of it, good or bad. Anyone who gets off on being obnoxious or provocational like he does would only be more delighted at being titled or even having his privileges revoked and his post-count reset. So, the only rational thing to do would be to not enable him to attention-whore here anymore and ban him.
