Planetary Attack and weapon firepower question
What firepower would a weapon need to be for it to cause wide spread planetary disaster and rendering the surface (but possibly not the water) completely uninhabitable? For this its aproximately a half dozen shots hitting the planet at random locations, not a fixed pattern.

Uh, which particular chart? None of them seem to indicate things like I was talking about with total destruction of the surface inhabitation.
