Mage/Psi is a nasty combo. Especially if his skills, stats and
powers have been boosted to insane levels. The results are
pretty simple all federation worlds get a one way trip into a
sun/black hole all federation ship get a sphere of ultimate
desruction at their warp core/reactor.

After exhausting every treknobabble solution some ance covered wesley crusher wannabe gets an eraser which emits photonic light wave nano transducers on a subatomic datastream and erases the zeroes from the character sheet so he is 5th and 4th level. It will be almost as antilclimactic as the wormhole aliens destroying the Dominion fleet in DS9.

I don't think they get a chance to use technobabble if the attack
last less than a seconds. Boosted time manipulation spells/powers
means the mage will be able to cast/use an insane amout of spells
or powers.

Random starship captain: FIRE QUANTUM TORPEDOES!

A salvo of torpedoes fire from the nebula class ship. they streak toward the floating mage...and slam against a transluscient bubble(okilukes telekinetic sphere

Betazed comm officer: I sense...evil YEEAAARRRGHHHH as his mind is torn from him. his ears and nose bleed as his synapses fry, and he collapses to the ground, brain dead.

The mage, tired of this ships attempts at destroying him, looks at the ship.

Tactical officer: Captain, an immense strain is being place on a section of our hull, structural integrity fields are failing....HULL BREACH!

Captain: How did he get through our shields?

Hadoken spells slam into the ship, sending sparks flying, and shrapnel slicing into bridge officers.

Just then a black robed figure appears on the bridge

phasers lance toward the mage, who deftly steps aside

as he does so, his hands become a blur, a shimmering multicolored sphere appears around him And tiny balls of energy erupt from his fingers adn tear the bridge crew to pieces.

He looks at the pkanet below, a blue planet, with 3/4 of its surface covered with water and smiles he concentrates on the strongest power supply in the ship, and flips a switch. He steps out of his sphere, and as the warpcore goes critical, teleports to the planet below...The planet Earth
