Quicktime not cooperating with Firefox

Post by Braedley »

I've had this problem for a while now, and it hasn't been more than a minor annoyance...until now. Okay, so it's still not a big problem, but I would rather not have to use IE every time I want to see a page with quicktime VR or a movie. I have a similar problem with my iMac at work, but I'm not browsing pages with VR all that often there, and safari is much more friendlier than IE.

My niece: "Yeah, from the fridge!"

I think its a codec problem, as i have it as well. Some videos work others don't. But i'll be damned if i can find the faulty codec.

I have the problem particularly with YTMND which insists that embedded sounds use quicktime.
