Anakin says "You're not my destiny!" or something along those lines. I can't now recall anything that Vader says only to Anakin.

I remember Vader commenting something like "You do not understand the full power of the Dark Side." though he does that to Dooku as well.

The only specfic line I can remember is something like "You are nothing but weak brash fool.".

I know he talks smack to Obi Wan...a lot. The banter between them is great.

Both of those were freaking awesome.

Apparently, beheading is Vader's choice of killing.

My favorite was when Obi-wan sliced his helmet off, so you saw him fall to the ground suffocating to death.
