I do recall as a result of some info from IB that paroled Murderess, Bell was forced to have an abortion or have her parole revoked and sent to an adult prison, for getting pregnant a month after she was released from juvenile prison. then again not many 10 year olds could torture, castrate and murder a 3 year old....

note in Bell's case she was released at age 23, and is now the mother of a teenager.

Some of that decision depends on what value you give to a curently nonexistant but posably future child. One of my friends students had a heroin addict mother who continued using hevily while she was pregnent. The child had seriose behavioral problems that were very little to do with her upbringing (she was fostered as soon as she was born). We are talking about a six year old who atacks other children with chairs and on one occasion thretened her teachers with a kitchen knife. Personly I think the mother should have had at least forced contraception simply for the sake of the child.

Actually Mary Bell the Serial Killer I mentioned earlier, was a direct result of prenatal exposure to heroin, as well as a childhood full of sexual abuse.

Her daughter born while she was serving a life sentance (prior to being granted clemency) is apparently very well adjusted.

Actually, I suspect it was her upbringing. A lot of "foster care" should be relabeld "governmental child abuse".

People are quick to blame anything wrong with a "heroin baby" or a "crack baby" on the drugs - in actual fact, MOST of these kids grow up to be normal adults. Yes, they are at greater risk, but the notion that somehow the majority are fucked up beyond repair at birth is just bullshit.

Again, I suspect it was the sexual abuse that mindfucked her, not the prenatal heroin.

quite likely all her victims were male, and she committed post mortem gentitle mutilation. That looks like a direct reaction to the sexual abuse.
