Which scanner out there has the fastest speed for scanning a full page A7 or so at 300 dpi in greyscale?
I'm just wondering how to time my existing scanner and see if it's time for a replacement

I don't know what the fastest is, but for the sake of comparison the scanner in my HP PSC2410 Photosmart All-in-One takes about ten seconds to scan with those parameters.
