Undeleteable spyware help

I'm hoping for some help.

If anyone has run into this spyware crap called 'Prest Trap' and been able to get rid of it, please give me some help.It's some rogue 'anti-spyware' thing or so i read on Wikipedia.

I've tried to system restore but it still seems to be poppingup, and after deleting it from the files (or i thought i had) it's still stuck on my task bar (or whatever those things at the bottom of the computer screen are called) popping up and being excessively annoying. I've run SpySweper also but it didnt pick it up; though it's probably a behind the times version and may not recognize it, and i cant easily upgrade.

So if anyone has run into this before and knows anything i can try, or can point be towards a site that might have some answer, i'd appreciate it a lot.

Start up your computer in safe mode, then go Start/Run/msconfig. Remove the spyware from your Startup and Services, and delete the spyware files with: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/killbox.php

That failing, download
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/aproposfix.exe
and run it in safe mode.
