Didn't do that one, but said that all the members of Black Sabbath were rapists, cannibals, and baby sacrificers, who were responsible for his dog's kidnapping, and massive conspiracy to currupt the youth, and make them scuicidal, homosexual, devil worshippers.

I used to have a cassette of "Stairway to Heaven" amd once I opened it, flipped one spool, rewound it, and then flipped the other spool, so I could listen to it backwards. There is one passage where it really does sound like it says "my sweet satan". I never caught the other things that are supposed to be in that song though. I always figured it was one of those million monkey things or suggestive listening instead of anything supernatural.

IIRC, there have been studies done where they played all sorts of music backwards and people heard whatever the researchers told them to listen for, but when told it interpret for themselves, no two listeners gave the same interpretation.

Actually Messages by pink Floyd and Stairway to Heaven are both the only two cases known to me where a band has publically but with not much fanfare stated they included backwards messages in part of the song as a joke to all of the stupid fanatics that claimed such messages were commonplace.

I suppose if they want to complain about songs Ozzy sings then N.I.B. could be one. In that one he sings about being Lucifer, although to me Lucifer sounds like a very untrustworthy character that will promise a lot.

Actually, the one song of Ozzy's that creeps me out is Mr. Tinkertrain. Taken the wrong way it can easily be interpreted that Mr. Tinkertrain is a pedophile trying to lure in young girls. For some reason this song always makes me think of the "Ice Cream Man" in the early issues of Spawn (first season of the cartoon as well).
