The least he deserves is a VI title, because those two threads are by no means the only ones where he has acted like a complete goddamn fuckwit. He has a history of similar behavior from further back, so a VI or a WTPF title seems appropriate. In his case, it seems to be a case of terminal stupidity and rampant idiocy instead of calculated malice, so I'd go for VI. And the next time he steps out of line like this, just unceremoniously boot his worthless backside out the door.
