The user psyburn21 stands accused of repeated violations of several debating rules 5 and 6, constant broken record tactics, refusal to answer any points raised or providing evidence for his claims, being a general fanwhore and accusing a moderator of trolling when confronted with his behavior.

Personally, I'd like to see this asshole banned, but I'd be willing to settle for titling and banning him for the next offense if the Senate feels merciful.

So, what do we do?

Ban?
VI?
WTPF?

Evidence:
Zombie wanking
No limits fallacies and more wanking
More wanking and broken record tactics
Trolling and trying to reignite flamewar after having the previous thread (above link) closed

I think that should be a sufficient mountain of offensive behavior to get him *some* kind of punishment. And that's just what I trawled up from the HoS onshort notice. He's similarly worthless in most other threads where I've seen him. I thought he'd been banned already, but that was Psyborg, this asshole is just like him and has almost the same user name too.

I could be merciful up until the point where he showed the pattern of throwing a tantrum every time he's called on his behavior. Ban.

Edit: After the comments about Lady Tevar, I'd also add to find him and burn his modem.

I call for not just a ban, but if possible, an IP-ban. If these other accounts he claims to have access to exist, then banning one will not prevent him from returning and starting this all over again.
