Um, mages dont have a color per se. some spels may, but then they could just use "coloerless" spells like magic missile

Stonecrusher bombs would quikly fininsh AD&D worlds. But then we are left with the sorcerors/planeswalkers/gods fighting each other. I don't know who would win that.

Uncle Istavan! Heh heh! Anything that affects him is reduced to 0 as he simply ignores it, can only be killed VIA inprisoment style effects

Don't forget Cominbed Forces or some of the green nastys out there

Doesn't work on Killing Wind. No damage to reduce to 0. It's simply an instant-kill.

Doesn't work on Killing Wind. No damage to reduce to 0. It's simply an instant-kill.

Wind is considered blue... Protection from Blue does the trick nicely

Hmm... an interesting way to drive an AD&D mage mad would be "Sharazad"... the planeswalker just creates a new universe where both battle to death... the looser becomes weaker in the original universe.

Or just use one of the combinations for unlimited life...

Im pretty sure that that wouldnt work on people like the Primevals, Yawgmoth, Urza and people under the protection of such powerful beings.

The Primevals are themselves God-Dragons

Yawgmoth is in Phyrexia, a plane warded against intrusion even by massively powerful beings such as Planeswalkers.
