Okay, we all know I disappeared for a couple daze... I had a completely unscheduled "holiday" in FundyVille and RedNeckLand, USA; also known as Leesville and De Ridder, Louisiana respectively. No worries, I was able to resist their assimilation attempts. On top of that, I couldn't find a computer to even check my email on? What's that mean?NO QUAKE!! Let's just say I'm fiending for some nice hot InstaRail CTF action. I also didn't get any from my bf Dave so I'm a lil horny too... I did return with some nice toys tho: a printer, a CDRW Burner, and a Webcam. I also got me a couple knives: a nice lil folding boot knife and a honking huge black Rambo-style Bowie knife. I also learned a few things: Fundies are not very computer-savvy.

Fundies have very large houses. Fundies are easily freaked out by Internet Porn Popups.

Downing 3 Red Bulls within 15 minutes is not recommended right before a Road Trip.

Convenience Stores in RedNeckLand are a nice place for picking up very large and extremely deadly edged weapons.

And last but not least: Wearing a shirt with a Pentagram on it + Going to a Fundy Christmas Party = PHUN!!!

Hey, I feel you. I live in Cajun/Redneck Country. I've been too DeRidder and Leesville quite nice unless they know you aren't of their kind. I pity them.

Never been to those two towns. However I will be traveling to Pickin tommorrow, which is a really small town just southeast of Fort Polk. Once again, I will be traveling into the heart of ignorville/fundiville.

Oh, well I used to live in Logger/Redneck country in Northern Cal. And for three years my dad was a coustom auto mechanic (Ok, he also made Chopper jobs for "Angels") over in Kern County, CA (Pretty much the Inbred Redneck Capitol of California, We got them all during the Dust Bowl days.

Well, I got back from Pitkin all fine and dandy. Parts of the town were without power. I also made a quick visit to Fort Polk. I must say that it's gotta suck to be stationed there. It's bad enough to live on an Army base, but one out of the middle of rural Lousisiana... damn I'm glad to be in the Air Force!
