Well, a Jem'Hader normally do not question their leaders, because they know they can easily be replaced. The convos they showed on DS9 was mostly just the leader of the group barking orders to it's men.
"It was the hooker rationing that finally drove people over the edge." - Mike on coup in Thailand.
IIRC a combo between option (a) & (d). Mostly (d) for the grunts, and (a) for interaction between Jem Hadar with rank.FaxModem1 wrote:Do they grunt in reply, say yes sir, do a dance when responding to an order, or just act as if they are mute?

Well, it makes the Jem'Hadar possibly the most brilliant conversationalists out of the races you mentioned.FaxModem1 wrote:So, it would go something like this:
Vorta:GO check on the Power couplinks
JemHadar:ugh
Vorta:You, go fix the warp core
Jem Hadar:mah
VOrta:And you, clean the garbage compactor
(Jem Hadar just walk away to do his job)
That is going to be one very boring scene

True, but throw in a few ideological slogans ("I serve the Founders.") and that's basically all the Jem Hadar ever say other than when they're playing games to increase their own status in the eyes of their Vorta.FaxModem1 wrote:That is going to be one very boring scene
It's not my place in life to make people happy. Don't talk to me unless you're prepared to watch me slaughter cows you hold sacred. Don't talk to me unless you're prepared to have your basic assumptions challenged. If you want bunnies in light, talk to someone else.

In the metaphorical sense. Mild political machinations and some degree of backstabbing although not much.FaxModem1 wrote:plying games?

I doubt they talk very much.
