Well it's actually more related to sound I think. A while back I was "cam chatting", or whatever it's called, with someone and while she didn't have a mic, I could hear everything that was going on on her computer, when she got new messages and the music she was playing, etc. Now, in many other sound-input-related programs you can select from what source to record, so I thought that she had selected the Wave output or something. But when I looked I couldn't find any such option anywhere.
So does anyone know how to accomplish this, preferably through other means than hotwiring the speaker cables to the mic?
And yes I asked her about it, apparently she didn't know either...
