Okay I am looking forward to it and all, and was just about to buy it from steam and get it prealoaded and all.

BUT it is acctually MORE expensive from steam than in stores.. Why the fuck for?

Now I am just hoping that the CD key will work in steam, not likly but possible.

Your CD key will work with Steam, thats the entire point of having both digital and retail distribution.

But show me where you found Dark Messiah for less then Steam.
