Nope. Syndicate came out in 93. In 95 Syndicate wars came out which was basicly the same game but with better grafics and even with a 3D engine instead of the 3D Iso View.

And Syndicate Wars sucked ass compared to Syndicate. And Syndicate wasn't that great to begin with. :)
