Video card help

[Tartarus]

I have an ATI Radeon 9600 all-in-wonder on an older computer of mine,(running XP pro) and I cannot get the TV tuner component to work. I have downloaded all the reccomended ATI drivers for the card, and searched the net for 3 days trying to get this card to work. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
