Go check out Alec McClymont's website - he's worked on the SFX shots for nBSG and Stargate and he has some 1080p stills to look at :D

Lots of murky grain in some of those images, as if they were blown up from a smaller resolution source.

There's too much detail for those images to be blown up too much - maybe a scan from a film frame?
