Well, it's being transmitted as a double bill both on BBC3 and later on BBC2. So chances are, people are going to view them both in one sitting.

As an aside, the moral objections Gwen comes up with will show up Torchwood as being a bit too authoritarian. The ID scanner with every UK citizen on file, for instance.

Being a former cop, she likely doesn't do this underhanded stuff too well.
