A really weird 'VS' dream
I don't know if this is considered on-topic or not but this seemed the place to post this. It's very rare for me to dream about ST, let alone SW but last night I dreamed about a starship confrontation that took place... in a forest. 3 Sovereign class ships (greyscale for some reason) and an ISD are all scaled down to the same size, small enough to navigate around the trees. One of the Sovereigns leaves the group and crashes into the ISD, sending them both crashing to the forest floor like toys. Neither is visibly damaged, just left lying on the ground. I don't remember any more of it, this is just weird.
Has anyone had any weird VS dreams? This has never hapened to me before

My 'deam' is a battle for sector 001
The Imperial fleet lead by the Executor jumps out of hyperspace in Mars orbit, they destroy Utopia Planetia and fire pot shots at earth here. Then from the asteroid belt a Fedaqeration assault group (composed of Akira's and Nebula's) lead by Voyager move in and fire transphasic torps at the Imperial fleet, the act fails and the Fed ships are all torn to shreds.
The Imperial fleet then jumps to Earth where they slaughter the majority of starfleet at range and swam fighters on "priority" targets, then two heavily damaged Wells class ships come out of nowhere and start attacking the Imperials, but they're unable to turn the tide in their condition. With fleet command ships destroyed and Imperial troops boarding the Enterprise, Picard surrenders the forces of Starfleet to the Empire.
The dream ends with the instrument of surreder being signed in the same place where Jonathan Archer gave his speech that baptized the Federation.

I don't suppose you've been playing Lego Star Wars 2?EnterpriseSovereign wrote:I don't know if this is considered on-topic or not but this seemed the place to post this. No, I haven't, but I have seen a couple of cool videos based on that game on youtube. I'll have to see if there's a demo of that gameDarth Yoshi wrote:I don't suppose you've been playing Lego Star Wars 2?EnterpriseSovereign wrote:I don't know if this is considered on-topic or not but this seemed the place to post this. Freud would have loved that one!OmegaGuy wrote:I once had a dream that involved the "Imperium class Ultra Star Destroyer" and it rammed into a planet at high speed and it and the planet exploded.
fun/fantasy movies existed before the overrated Star Wars came out. What made it seem 'less dark' was the sheer goofy aspect of it: two robots modeled on Laurel & Hardy, and a smartass outlaw with bigfoot co-pilot and their hotrod pizza-shaped ship, and they were sucked aboard a giant Disco Ball. -adw1
Someone asked me yesterday if Dracula met Saruman and there was a fight, who would win. I just looked at this man. What an idiotic thing to say. I mean really, it was half-witted. - Christopher Lee

I had a versus dream a while ago. Though it seemed like something that belonged in a spoof movie. I was on the bridge of... something. I'm not sure what it was, beyond being a ship. (Apparently I had been asleep for several hundred years.) We saw a battle happen. And, considering the subject of the battle, I was really stoked to see the outcome. One of the ships was a Galaxy-class starship, the other was a run-of-the-mill ISD. They both fired at each other... once. They both were destroyed. I yelled out, "But who wins?!" The captain of whatever ship I was on turns to me, and says, "No one knows. Both sides will claim victory. The war will continue."
I woke up hating the captain.

Both sides will claim victory and the war will continue? Sounds like the state of the whole 'versus' thing pre-2002. As for 2 ships firing and destroying each other in one volley, that's exactly what happened to me once. I was playing as the Ferengi on 'Birth of the Federation' and my ship was up against a GCS. Both ships fired at each other (mine was defending one of my systems) and both were destroyed by the other's torpedo attacks. I think that would be considered a drawDarth Judas wrote:I had a versus dream a while ago. Though it seemed like something that belonged in a spoof movie. I was on the bridge of... something.
