I'd still have no idea what the hell he did.

Then I'd probably still be a lot more religious (I hadn't ever been particularly religious but SD.net changed it much quicker than mere time ever could) and I wouldn't have met a lot of people that I now consider friends.

My Napoleonic history is exceptionally poor, so I don't know.

The New World would've been discovered quite a bit later, maybe even in the late 1800s.

As such, the Native Americans (to be PC, and since Columbus wouldn't have been able to call them "Indians") would have stayed dominant. I doubt there would be much technological or cultural advancement. The Aztecs, Incas, and Mayans would probably stay about the same as well. And when the New World finally was discovered, the discoverers would probably be a little bit more civilized and treat the Native Americans with more hospitality.

I've noticed the growth of "what if" threads too. at the current rate I'll made more "what if" threads than any one else in about twenty minutes. Unfortunatly the second one was buried by sex threads we've had today.

The name of the ruler of France today would be somthing along the lines of Napoleon VI.

What if Napoleon won the battle at Waterloo?

The poles would revolt forcing the russians to return to eastern Europe. The British, shocked at having their best general getting his scrawny Britsh ass kicked by Napoleon retreat to the coast while the dutch troops abandon the army and run back to Napoleon begging for forgivness. The French stop revolting in western France freeing up roughly (IIRC) 100,000 troops. The Swiss&Prussains seeing this make peace with Napoleon. Austria alone makes peace with Napoleon.

Well, the Americas wouldn't have been discovered until several centuries later, the whole 'enslaving entire cities' by the Spaniards probably wouldn't have happened, the Protestants would number far less then they do, and the world would be much better off overall.

Then I think Europe would have given up colonizing South America, and outside contact would not have been made again until much later, this time peacefully, and they would gradually assimilate aspects of European culture into their own, probably not reaching the then modern level of technological advancements in Europe for quite some time.
