Well, only if the English fucked up and keep sending 2nd rate Generals. Then, I'd say England forfeits much of the American Colonies.

Then in 1815 the Estates Unites d'America is born of French tyrannical rule by Lou 17, since it would have taken a while for the french to blow the spoils of war and have to start taxing the heck out of the colonies, Most of their lands would still have been un occupied if they took the whole of the Brit colonies, as they owned half of the continent at that time, and the Canadians would not have to learn english.
In order to really beat the English the French would also have to become a major Naval power as well to keep the Brits from conscripting on colonial shores so France would have taken over britain's role as a major colonial power and britain would have under gone a revolution and taken down the king. Basically this calls for a role reversal in the world between France and England, and as France had no reason to be a Naval power and because they MUST have land power or be overwhelmed by German or Spanish forces this could not have happened.
