DOCTOR WONG

So I was browsing HoS and saw an old thread where some OA idiots referred to Mike as 'Dr Wong'. I have been seized by the need for a Doctor Who-style 'Doctor Wong' image for a sig, but I've no idea how to edit a screencap (and I'm at my parents for christmas ANYWAY). Any ideas? The very idea of Doctor Wong fills me with holiday mirth. Slapping an edited Doctor Who title panel in a sig would please me.

Press "Print Screen", then paste it into MSPaint or whatever you use.

That's not my problem - I don't have the skill to shuffle the text and fit the new letters in (or even find the correct font). My psp-fu is weak.
