What really pisses me off are the magistrates (in particular a certain S.A. magistrate)...

Remember the whole "Sometimes 'No' means 'Yes'" thing where rapists were getting off in front of this one judge?

Luckily, I live in a city with a good police force. The only problem we seem to have is the seemingly-requisite 'police beating person for no reason' thing happen every couple of years.

Pretty bad. But I'd expect such cases have happened in every major legal system, though most have not be discovered.
