Foreign language songs that you like
Rather than talking about english songs that we hate, how about telling everyone what's your favourite song in other language ?
For me, I like a number of japanese songs by Ayumi hamasaki, especially 'teddy bear' (what? Don't look at me, listen to the song and tell me if it's not nice.)
Tong Hua( Fairy Tale) by Guang Liang is also another nice song.
Both males and females can enjoy this songs on youtube...try looking at the subtitled version if possible.
How about you guys and girls tell others about the song you like?
And I think anime fans like Spanky must know a few japanese songs, why not share it with others?

There's a lot of English songs I like.
...what? That's foreign to me
I like some of Brel's work. There was a band singing in Frisian a few years back (Twarres?) who were pretty good, if a bit mushy. Plus a lot of one-off songs that occasionally stumble unto the airwaves - Matthias Reim's Verdammt Ich Lieb Dich, some Rammstein, stuff like that.
If we're simply talking non-English, Yevgueni(here singing a Neefs cover) is pretty good.

I'm not particularly versed in foreign-language songs (nor in English songs, for that matter), but the opening theme to Eva holds a special place in my heart.
A Government founded upon justice, and recognizing the equal rights of all men; claiming higher authority for existence, or sanction for its laws, that nature, reason, and the regularly ascertained will of the people; steadily refusing to put its sword and purse in the service of any religious creed or family is a standing offense to most of the Governments of the world, and to some narrow and bigoted people among ourselves.

Wubai's "Forest of Norway" Too bad I can't find one with better quality.
Taiwanese folk song "Hoping the Spring Breeze", the video I found was sung by a Japanese singer and she put some Japanese lyrics in it.
Main theme from "Reincarnated" The lyrics are also very good.
Main theme from the 1982"Demi Gods and Semi Devils". The 2nd Theme/Ending Credits is also good.
Nakajima Miyuki's "Sora to Kimi no Aida ni" (Between the Sky and You)
Misia's "Unforgettable Days"

Nearly anything by Timo Rautiainen & Trio Niskalaukaus, but "Surupuku", "Lumessakahlaajat" and "Hyvä Päivä" are particular favourites.
In Extremo - "Küss Mich"
Lumsk - "Nøkken" and "Dunker"
Finntroll - "Ursvamp" and "Midnattens Widunder"

Wow, Moskau kicks much ass. I just listened to it for the first time after reading this thread. I still think I like "Engel" better though.
Senzafine by Lacuna Coil is also very good.

Add another vote for the Soviet National Anthem.
I'm also fond of several anime themes; "Trust" by Salia and "Kesenai Tsumi" by Nana Kitade come to mind.

The entire Notre Dame de Paris French soundtrack (as it was originally written.)
"Separation" from Sokyuu no Fafner's sountrack.
Traeumtanzer by Diary of Dreams.
Illness Illusion by Gackt.
The vocal tracks of Revolutionary Girl Utena.
Era's latin stuff.
E Nomine (all).

"The rest of the poem plays upon that pun. On the contrary, says Catullus, although my verses are soft (molliculi ac parum pudici in line 8, reversing the play on words), they can arouse even limp old men. Should Furius and Aurelius have any remaining doubts about Catullus' virility, he offers to fuck them anally and orally to prove otherwise." - Catullus 16, Wikipedia

I like some French classical music (That has singers) but not that much, and some anime or Japanese VG music.
(Hebrew ain't a foreign language for me, though I don't really like it or it's music, hell I prefer music without words at all).

Chingon's Malaguena Salerosa is just awesome. For those who are unaware, it's the song that plays over the credits of Kill Bill Vol. 2.
"Oh no, oh yeah, tell me how can it be so fair
That we dying younger hiding from the police man over there

Mostly, my favorite foreign language songs are all Japanese.
Hitomi Takahashi (I've especially become fond of "Bokutachi no Yukue", "Aozora no Namida" and "Communication")
Younha
"Kanashimi no Kizu", "Kesenai Tsumi" and "Utareru Ame" by Nana Kitade
"Rolling Star" and "Life" by YUI
"Dtechnolife" by UVERworld
"Ichirin no Hana" by HIGH and MIGHTY Color
And I assume that "Inama Nushif" by Azam Ali would definitely count.

Yup The lyrics are insanely laughable for a Russian however. The song is good, no shit. But what am I saying? This is Rammstein. They performed "Shtiel" and "Song about a dangerous youth" in Russian onceRammstein - Moskau - german AND russian?

Lì paludi, minacce, cecchini coi fucili, documenti, file notturne e clandestini
Qui incontri, lotte, passi sincronizzati, colori, capannelli non autorizzati,
Uccelli migratori, reti, informazioni, piazze di Tutti i like pazze di passioni...
