Windows key + L seems to have stopped working

Windows key + L seems to have stopped working

L still works obviously, and the windows key still brings up the menu, and windows + D still minimises stuff. I'm at a bit of a loss as to why windows + L no longer has any effect.

Anyone have any ideas?

Locks the PC instantly, regardless of running programs. By lock I mean bumps you to login but leaves the session running.

And now it's working again. Which is kind of odd, but that's windows for you I guess.
