Upload speed is 52Mpbs(I usually get about 3500kb/s)
Download speed is again 52Mbps(I usually get about 4500kb/s)

It cost's about USD $20 a month with a setup fee of about USD $10.

I like it very very very much.

Before VDSL(it's been about 6 months) I used KT ADSL(11Mbps up/down).
As posted by me in my long forgotten topic.

It also has a static IP with no bandwith limitations... I'm in love :D

Cable from Timewarner :(. It's getting slower by the week.....

Edit: And it costs 40 dollars a month.

768/128 ADSL. I have no idea what the cost is anymore, but it's an inexpensive local ISP (Verizon provides the link to them).

It's actually depends on where I'm at. I've got a free (school provided) broadband connection. At home (or otherwise away from the college campus) I'm stuck with an AOL dial up connection.

Dialup.

Hard to say how much the dialup is, though, as we have a package deal:

-- unlimited Internet
-- local telephone service
-- call waiting
-- caller ID
-- 75 minutes of free long-distance per minute, $0.07 per additional minute

Without the long distance, it's $39.95 a month base, $44.95 with long distance.

Dialup. I have a 56k modem, but line noise has made max speed 26.4kb/s
Downloads usually go around 2-3kB/s

Earthlink DSL, $50 a month. Although due to the wonders of wireless networking, our next-door neighbor shares the connection, and we chip in. Or so I'm told.

My main computer has ATT Cable, $29.95/mo, my secondary computer has 56K with Juno, $9.95/mo.

EDIT: Why do so many of the replies say that their cable is costing so much? I know there are different rates for different cities, but ten dollars is quite a markup!
And you may ask yourself, 'Where does that highway go to?'

I just signed up for AOL's boadband service, they have a special offer where you can try it out for free for 45 Days, so I will give it a shot, if it really is great then I'll probably hold on to it.

Dial-up, $21.10 a month. It's not by choice, believe me. We're getting 2-way cable as soon as it's available (3-4 months), and then I'm implementing Mr. Wong's home network plan for my family, with a few modifications (for laptops :D ).

Dial Up
there's only two ISP's that have local numbers for Yosemite Park (So we don't have to pay horrendous Long Distance Bills)

Netscape: $20.95
Inreach: $15.95

Guess which one I use.
