What happened to the Gorn,Tholians,Tellarites ,Andorans,and Orions?:??? why didnt they show these races in TNG and DS9 they were mentioned but NEVER shown in Picards era

Oriion's DID show up on DS9, they kicked the Ferengi's butts and made a new Frengi/Orion trade treaty. Which resulted in Quark getting a bunch of Holoporn, and the Magaus getting a bunch of Orion slave girls. (Thye paid quiet a bit for this too.)
They also collaberated with a Weyon, killed him, and presently have a contract out on the ENTIRE O'Brien family.....
As for the rest I don't know, I really do miss them, along with the Horta.
