I've only tested it on v1.4 of COH, I don't know if it will work perfectly with COH 1.5...

I'll probably update it to include all the upgrades for v1.5 except for the Sherman Calliope thing....what do you mean we can't use the main gun anymore???

anyway, what it does is:

Buffs the M10 Wolverine to be a bit faster (which did happen in the official v1.5 patch!)

Adds the Allied AT Gun AP shot capability to the Wolverine (US TD units got first priority for HVAP shot in Real life)

Reduces costs pretty much over the entire damn board; as well as some build times.

Allied Bazookas get buffed (100 damage points), as well as Panzershrecks and Panzerfausts (200 dp)

Engineer units can now upgrade to carry either bazooka or Panzershreck. I did this as a standin, until I can figure out how to create a stand alone bazooka or panzershreck infantry squad in the same vein as the mortar or MG squad.

Building costs and construction have been reduced except for bunkers etc - I don't want to make people recreate the siegfried line...I'm looking at you tycho...

The basic costs for all the specials like V-1 etc haven't been changed, mostly because I'm too lazy.

To make it work, uninstall into your COH directory, then make a shortcut that goes:

"x:\Company of Heroes\RelicCOH.exe" -dev -modname ShepMod

I'd rather see a modification which removes bases, and instead uses only summoned troops.

You mean like you have just a HQ, and you can summon troops off map, and they march in, like "summon tank platoon" and four shermans show up...or "summon infantry platoon" and an infantry platoon with 3 squads and 1 mortar walks on?

If the codebase for the moddable parts is the same as Dawn Of War, should be quite possible to do 'Summon Tanks Here'. Unfortunately, it'd require making them squads of tanks unless you have them appear one at a time.

There are already a few commander powers in the game that summon several independent units. The Allied Infantry off map combat group (sucky as it is), and the Axis blitz tree brings on a tank + infantry squad.

So examining how the commander powers work would be the best start.

You should be able to do it with the community mod tool, I took a look, however, at it looks like it'd take a fair bit of work to get a new ability in there.

CoH is much more well known as COMPANY of heroes than a City of heroes, due to a much better graphics.

And company of heroes is MUCH higher rated than your city of heroes.

Google search for "coh" turns up five out of the top ten results related to CITY of Heroes, and none referring to Company of Heroes.

Yahoo search for the same term gives six of the top ten as City of Heroes sites, and only two of the top ten as Company of Heroes.

Lycos search for the same gives eight of the top ten as City of Heroes-related (or seven if you don't count the City of Heroes fancomic website), and only two as Company of Heroes.

Shall I go on?
