Maybe a weakness in certain muscle groups? There's a contraction when you shoot, using some of the same muscles as when you take a leak (although it's not as powerful). If you can't propel your golden beam to considerable distance, you may have the same problem firing the man chowder.

Or, you're doing it too much. Alternatively, you're firing off way too quickly, and not giving yourself time to warm up.

Assuming that you aren't masturbating too much, strengthening the muscles in your penis can help you get a better shot off.
