Asteriod Impacting Antartica

This is somethin i have been thinking about.

What would be the result of an asteriod (lets say 100 meters in diameter made of nickle iron) Impacting antartica somewere far away from the coastline (lets say 1,000 Kilometers inland at 90 degrees East). Would it shatter the iceshelf, cause monsoons across the planet or what?

It might kick up some dirt if it fell at a metre a second. Can we have a velocity vector please, otherwise this is rather ambiguous. Is it doing 10 km/s at 45 degrees, or falling straight down at 25 km/s?

At 90E and 1000 kilometers inland, there's no shelf to shatter. It'll kick up dust and spur some melting, but no immediate global consequences.

Sorry, bad choice of words, what would be its effect on the Glacier?
